Wind energy or wind power are renewable energy sources. Hereby the kinetic energy from wind will be technical used. The most important use of wind today is the power generation with wind power plants. To secure wind power plants from overstressing at wind speed over 8 Beaufort necessary shutdown must be realized. Hereby vibrations will be measured permanently with AIS sensors.
We were able to detect foucaultsches Pendulum with our sensor. The resolution on the Y-Axis was 0-40mm/se^2. This is fantastic.
